Description
Flavours is an outside catering company based in Hereford and was formed by two chefs, Andy Boast and Stuart Leggett in 2007. Both are passionate about quality ingredients and good service. They take great pride in sourcing the local produce they use and count many of their suppliers as close friends.
Stuart Leggett trained in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the country before earning his stripes on his own. His restaurant The Stewing Pot opened in 2005 and specialised in locally sourced produce and established great links with many local growers and breeders.� He is a proud full member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain and can often be seen demonstrating his skills at local events, schools and colleges.
Andy Boast spent his early years in the Royal Navy Catering Core and was a key member in setting up the restaurant chain that is Cafe Uno and later with Warner Hotels. Together they have a wealth of experience and will work very hard to make your event a memorable one.
We have cooked at the Rico Arena in Coventry for the Heart of England Fine Foods Dinner and recently the Flavours of Herefordshire Awards Dinner in Hereford where the Hairy Bikers were special guests.
