Astonish and impress your guests by letting them feast on a whole hog roast or lamb roast and make any event an occasion.
Depending on size, a hog will take from six to nine hours to cook, while a lamb takes two to four hours. For a hog roast, you will need to provide an area of 10ft square, a 13amp power supply directly to the service point, two trestle tables to serve food from and also access to hot water.
A 40kg (100lb) hog roast feeds 75-100 people; a 50kg (125lb) hog roast feeds 125-150 and a 60kg (150lb) hog roast feeds 150-200. You can still serve a hog if you have fewer guests than 75, although obviously it will work out a little more expensive per head. The weather has no impact on our service as we can provide our own self-contained gazebo.
