Description
We have portable gas fired Hog Spit Roasting Equipment which spit roasts pigs up to 50kg, enough to feed approx 150 guests depending on how it is served. Spit Roasted Pig is extremely tasty and succulent.

Far more exciting than roast pork

Because of the very expensive nature of the equipment we do not hire it out, but we provide a service where we cook (for approx 7 hours) and serve the hog in a variety of ways. We can simply serve it in buns with apple sauce for those informal occasions, as the meat part of a main course or as part of a BBQ.
