You choice of Pork or Lamb will be slowly cooked on a gas, smokeless, rotisserie. We can provide organic and breed specific options when available. We can cater for a small group, or up to approximately 800 people. All our ovens are CE approved, top of the range and are certified for both indoor and outdoor use.

Hire our Hog Roaster with your choice of a pig, lamb, beef, or jacket potatoes.

Veggie Option: Corn on the cobs and rataouille served with rustic bread.

Hire the machine only with your choice of meat or go the whole hog and choose from our range of accompaniments and services.

Accompaniments:We offer the following accompiments with all orders: Gravy and onions, cocktail sausages and fresh mixed peppers. For the vegetarians we would offer: Ratatouille and fresh corn cobs or vegetable stir fry.

Your roast can be served in bread rolls and/or with a range of traditional stuffing, apple sauce and bread rolls, rice, salads, soups, cocktail sausages or finger buffet.Outside or Indoors: The hog roaster can even be used in a suitably ventilated room - village hall, hotel or conservatory.
