Our hog roasts are now famous throughout the Midlands and beyond, all our pigs are free range and sourced locally. Prepared by ourselves and cooked in a large oven giving an excellent crackling on the whole pig and all the nice juices remain in the tray, not like spits. With oven space to cook 10 pigs at once we can cater for up to 1500 people at once.
