We can either cater for you here in our beautiful urban oasis or we can come to you....a ""pig-out""!

A pig on a spit is a fantastic, mouth watering way to enjoy a sunny summers afternoon or evening and an ideal way to cater for up to 150 guests. We will marinate and season the pig and cook it to perfection on hot coals for up to eight hours until you are ready to eat.

We have two formats, the ""easy-pig"" which is the simple way of enjoying the roast. The easy pig is an informal way of eating and will be served simply with fresh baguettes, apple sauce and salad.
